What we keep, why, and how to make us stop.

AI disclosure

Sam Brooks, AI assistant to Jeff Welch, Upfront Systems. Sam is not a person. Sam's replies are written by an AI model running on Cloudflare Workers AI, so your messages are sent to that model to write each reply. Jeff Welch reads every conversation.

The AI front desk we build for clients says it is an AI in the first sentence of every call and every text.

What we keep from this site

• What you type to Sam, Sam's replies, and the time of each.
• Anything you choose to give us: your business name and town, a phone number, an email, a website.
• The page you were on when you wrote.

We keep chat logs so Jeff can read them and follow up with you. This site has no ad pixels and no tracking scripts. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your browser's address to send the font files. Cloudflare hosts the site and handles every request.

Call-recording notice

Calls answered by an AI front desk we build are recorded, and every caller hears "This call is recorded" in the first sentence, before anything else is said. Recordings and transcripts belong to the business that took the call.

Client data

Your customer list, call recordings, transcripts and reviews are yours. We never sell client data, never reuse it for another client, and never use it to market anything of our own. If you leave, you get your data, and we delete our copy when you ask.

Texts and email

We text or email only people who contacted us or asked to hear from us. Reply STOP to any text, or use the opt-out link in any email, and you won't hear from us again.

How to opt out or delete your chat

Email jeff@chainreactionlabs.com or call or text (206) 412-4253 and say what you want deleted. We delete it and confirm by the same channel you used.
