For heating and air companies

The heat-wave calls get answered first.

No-AC and no-heat calls come in waves, at night and on weekends. The AI front desk answers each one, moves the elderly and the babies to the top, and fills your maintenance plan schedule in the slow months.

Questions

What heating and air companies ask us.

How does it decide what's urgent?

From a list you write with us in month one: no AC with someone vulnerable at home, no heat on a cold night, water leaking from the unit, and anything else you add. Urgent calls ring your on-call phone. Everything else gets the next open slot.

Does it handle gas smells?

It tells the caller to leave the house and call the gas company from outside, then flags the call to you. It never troubleshoots a gas problem.

Can it sell my maintenance plan?

It explains the plan in your words, sends the sign-up link and books the first visit. It quotes only the plan price you give it.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.
