For dental and orthodontic offices

New patients booked. Reminders sent. Nobody on hold.

New-patient calls come in while your front desk is checking someone out. The AI front desk answers them, books the exam, sends reminders and handles reschedules. Before anything touches patient information, we sign a HIPAA business associate agreement with your practice.

Questions

What dental and orthodontic offices ask us.

What about HIPAA?

Nothing touches patient information until we have signed a HIPAA business associate agreement with your practice. That comes first, before any setup work.

Will it give medical advice?

No. It asks the safety questions your team asks, sends swelling, fever and breathing trouble to the ER or 911, and books everything else.

Does it work with my practice software?

We connect to the software you already use once we have tested the connection with you. Until then it books into the openings you give it and your team confirms.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.
