For roofing companies

Storm calls answered. Inspections booked.

When the wind tears shingles off at 2 AM, the phone rings all night. The AI front desk answers every call, flags the active leaks, and books the tarps and inspections while your crews sleep.

Questions

What roofing companies ask us.

What happens on a storm night with dozens of calls?

Every call gets answered at once, not put in a line. Active leaks are flagged urgent and sent to you in order. Everyone else gets the next open inspection time, so the morning starts with a full board instead of a full voicemail.

Will it promise what insurance covers?

No. It books the inspection or holds the adjuster meeting, then tells the caller that coverage is a conversation with you and the adjuster. It never guesses at a claim.

Can it quote a roof?

Only the prices you give it, such as an inspection fee. Roof prices come from you after you see the roof. It books the visit instead.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.
