For pest control companies

Keep the route. Book the wasp calls.

Your money is in the route, and route customers cancel by phone when nobody is there to talk. The AI front desk offers a skip or a reschedule once, books the one-time calls, and sends the stinging-insect calls to the top.

Goes straight to a person

What counts as an emergency.

  • Bees or wasps swarming near people
  • Someone stung who is allergic (callers are told to call 911 first)
  • Rodents in a food business
  • A termite swarm inside the house

You set the list with us in month one and change it anytime.

Handled and booked

What it takes off your plate.

  • Cancellation calls: offers a skip or reschedule once, then does what the customer asks
  • One-time service bookings
  • Route reminders the day before
  • New quarterly sign-ups
  • Review requests after service

Questions

What pest control companies ask us.

Will it pressure customers who want to cancel?

No. It offers one alternative, a skip or a reschedule, and says it will cancel if they still want to. Then it does what the customer asks and tells you.

Can it handle route customers and one-time calls differently?

Yes. Route customers get their visit moved on your schedule. One-time calls get the next open slot you set aside.

Does it give treatment advice?

No. It books the inspection and tells callers how to stay safe, like keeping kids inside near a wasp nest.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.
