For auto repair and body shops

Status calls answered. Adjusters booked.

A lot of shop calls are one question: is my car ready? The AI front desk answers it from your shop software once that connection is tested, books the drop-offs and lines up the insurance adjusters, so your service writer can write service.

Questions

What auto repair and body shops ask us.

Can it really tell customers their car's status?

Yes, once it is connected to your shop software and we have tested that connection with you. Until then it takes the question and texts the answer from your service writer.

Does it talk to insurance adjusters?

It books adjuster appointments on your manager's calendar and collects the claim details. It does not discuss coverage or estimates.

What about tows after hours?

It checks the caller is safe, sends the number for the tow company you use, and texts your manager.

Is it legal for an AI to answer my phone?

Yes, when it's done right. Answering calls people make to you is allowed. Ours says it is an AI in its first sentence, tells callers the call is recorded, and never makes cold calls. California law requires a bot that sells to say it is a bot, and ours says so on every call and every text. Federal rules treat AI voices on outgoing calls like robocalls that need consent, so ours only calls back people who ask.

Do I own my site and Google listing?

Yes, from day one, in your name: the domain, the website, the Google Business Profile, the Google Ads account, the phone number and your customer data. We work as a manager on your accounts. If you leave, you keep all of it, and we move anything that needs moving at no charge.

What is the contract and how do I cancel?

Monthly services are month to month. Google listing and reviews takes 30 days notice. To cancel, text or email Jeff. One-time projects, like a website or the AI setup, have a written scope and a payment schedule you agree to before work starts.
